Mitch says, “Trullo is a gem of restaurant, warm and inviting it’s the hub of the neighbourhood in Highbury, we have  long been fans of Tim’s cooking who was one of Jamie Oliver’s first 15 and has now gone on to carve out this brilliant restaurant and its sister Padella in Borough Market. This is going to be brilliant evening with Tim and our head chef Jake cooking on the night, I’ll be out front with Tim’s team helping to bring the Trullo magic to the Seahorse.”
