Testimonials from some guests
I remember a Rhone valley, family run restaurant which seated only about twenty. The food was superb, cooked just behind your head. The wines were tucked away in a cupboard but matched the cuisine perfectly and served with great pride. That was thirty years ago, a single visit has stayed with me ever since, re awakened by The Cantina, the same warmth, the same style, the same feeling of being in a special place.

What a very special room Mitch and Mat have created with the Seahorse Cantina! It's intimate (but not too small), very smart and stylish with its gorgeous dark wood, but it feels informal at the same time; it will be cosy and warm in winter, but airy and light in summer. Clever stuff. The food is of course brilliant and, as usual from this team, the wine pairing was spot on.
